Too many women are told their symptoms are "normal," their tiredness is just stress, and their hormones are "a bit off." I believe you deserve real answers and real relief.

At Chrysalis Healing, I weave together the wisdom of energy medicine, hands-on somatic bodywork, and root-cause functional testing to support you in becoming the woman you came here to be, all from a dedicated private studio in my garden in Wickford, Essex.

This is not a quick fix. It is a gentle, thorough, deeply personal transformation.

Meet Sally

A healer who's
been there too.

I know what it feels like to be unwell and unheard. After years of prolonged stress, trauma, grief and loss, IVF, and a deep disconnection from my own body and energy, I found myself in a place I couldn't get out of, until Reiki found me. It allowed me to process what I'd been carrying, rewrite deeply held patterns and conditions, and find my way back to myself.

Now I hold that same space for other women. I'm a certified Reiki Master, AcuSound practitioner, and trained functional health practitioner and I bring my whole self to every session.

Choosing a new practitioner is a deeply personal decision. Here are the questions I'm most often asked.

You will lie fully clothed on a treatment table in a warm, quiet space. I will gently place my hands on or just above different areas of your body, channelling universal life energy to support your natural healing process. Many clients experience deep relaxation, warmth, tingling, or emotional release. Sessions last 30–90 minutes depending on your choice.
Somatic massage goes deeper than relaxation massage. It works with the nervous system and the body's held emotional and trauma patterns. We integrate breath, awareness, and gentle bodywork to support the release of tension that may have been stored for years. The pace is slower and more intentional, led by your body's signals.
We start with a free 20-minute consultation to identify which tests are most relevant for you. All tests use a simple at-home finger-prick method, no stool samples, no clinic visits. Once your results are back, we review them together and I create a personalised supplement and lifestyle protocol. Supplements are available to purchase directly through me.
Absolutely not. Many clients come simply because they want to feel better, more energised, more balanced, more at home in their body. You don't need a diagnosis. Whether you're managing a chronic condition or simply seeking to thrive, there is something here for you.
Functional health consultations and follow-up sessions are available online via video call. Hands-on services are offered in-person at my treatment space. I also offer distance Reiki for clients who cannot travel, please enquire for details.
This varies greatly by individual. Some clients feel a meaningful shift after a single Reiki session; others benefit from a 3–6 month functional health programme. During your discovery call we'll talk honestly about what's realistic and right for where you are.
Functional health testing is grounded in clinical laboratory science and is widely used by integrative medical practitioners. Somatic therapy has a strong evidence base in trauma treatment and nervous system regulation. Reiki is best understood through personal experience, I believe deeply in the wisdom of the body and what my clients report feeling.
